Maintenance Technicians needed for several apartment complexes in Townshend, VT.
We are looking for a responsible, experienced hands-on person for general upkeep, repairs, painting and coordination with contractors when needed. There is an on-call requirement for emergency maintenance. Pay is commensurate with experience and skills. This is a full-time position. Serious inquiries only please.
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, tools, and knowledge of carpentry, light plumbing, and electrical.
