Reporting Relationship

Reports to Maintenance Manager/Facilitator

PURPOSE AND DUTIES

Repair and Maintain plant equipment mechanically, basic electrical, and other safety related items in a timely manner

Good understanding lock out/tag out

Make recommendations for equipment improvements for current and new installations

Request materials as needed for assigned projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

First call troubleshooting of all equipment and production lines

Support and assist in development of effective PM,s

Support the needs of the organization through teamwork and proficient communication skills

Participate on problem solving teams to improve safety, quality and production efficiencies

Utilize and document maintenance activities and spare part tracking

Perform other duties as directed by supervision

MEASUREMENTS

Teamwork

Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment

Verbal and written communications skills

Ability to systematically disassemble and reassemble equipment

Interpret Mechanical; Hydraulic, Pneumatic schematics/diagrams for troubleshooting

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma, plus additional training pneumatics and hydraulics

Ability to interpret mechanical diagrams to aid in troubleshooting

3 years industrial maintenance experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
