Job DescriptionRoles and Responibilities: HVAC Maintenance
- This new position will provide HVAC routine maintenance work as well as perform some other duties.
- Duties for HVAC include, but are not restricted to, electrical circuit troubleshooting & repair, chill water systems, drive troubleshooting & repair, Instrumentation & control valve calibration, troubleshooting & repair of various HVAC equipment.
Experience and Qualifications: HVAC Maintenance
- One year experience in HVAC OR One year vocational/technical education in HVAC.
- Basic computer skills
- Able to function in a team environment.
- EPA Universal Certification (refrigeration systems)
