Salary range: $54,000 – $58,000 annually, dependent on experience

Maintenance Director Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining the grounds, equipment, and facility in a safe and efficient manner, including directing a preventative maintenance program for our community
Maintenance Director Requirements:
- The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and passionate about helping others
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working in long term care is not a requirement but is preferred
- Provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
- We follow a state required screening process
