Maintenance Director (SR)

Qualifications + Job Duties:

- Ability to perform basic plumbing, plastering, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs.

- Basic knowledge of HVAC unit maintenance and repairs is highly preferred.

- Comfortable in assessing a problem and coordinating quotes from third party vendors when necessary.

- Minimize the waste of supplies and misuse of equipment.

- Perform routine maintenance on grounds (i.e. parking areas, driveways, courtyards, etc.)

- The ability to work well in a team environment is a must!

- Strong communication skills and good decision-making capabilities.

- Some minor flexibility in hours and days worked.

- Comfortability interacting with other staff, residents, families, and guests.

- Employees are required to be fully vaccinated as a term and condition of employment (or be willing to get vaccinated upon hire) due to the state’s mandate, as well as to protect the vulnerable demographic we proudly serve.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
