Job description

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to handle the repair, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of a All-Age Mobile Home Community consisting of 97 spaces. This community is located in San Jacinto, CA.

Duties include:

· Performing general maintenance in units and around the common areas.

· Maintaining and cleaning the common areas.

· Scheduling and overseeing outside vendors.

· Troubleshooting onsite problems.

· Electrical, plumbing, painting, basic carpentry etc.

· Delivering letters or notices to residents.

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

- Have reliable transportation

Position Details:

· Full-time, 30 hours per week Monday - Friday.

· Compensation based on experience.

Candidates must also:

· Be able to read, write and speak English (Bi-lingual preferred).

· Pass a Drug/Background screening.

· Possess strong communication/customer services skills.

· Possess a valid driver license.

· Possess valid proof of insurance.
