Maintenance Supervisor

Century Oaks Senior Living Community is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance supervisor plans, organizes develops and directs the overall operation of the Maintenance Department for building, grounds and equipment. This is a hands-on position. Additional responsibilities include: working on daily work orders, assist with apartment "make ready", HVAC repairs, pool maintenance. It does also include budget responsibility, oversee contracts, and fire/emergency systems. These responsibilities must be in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing this Facility, and as directed by the Administrator, to assure that the Building is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

Qualifications:

• Experience in systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Must possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be customer service focused and enjoy working with a senior population.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends as needed.
