Job description

Dashir is looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor to work with us at the Westonka Public Schools. The right candidate will work closely with the Facility Manager and department team to ensure that our customers’ facilities are well cared for and opperating efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordiante daily maintenance.
• Manage preventive maintenance program.
• Assist with the hiring and training of department personnel.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Plan, schedule, and issue work orders to staff.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of renovations.
• Be a leader and mentor to all department coworkers.
• Assist with all facilities department duties as needed.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

Requirements and skills:

• Maintenance knowledge and experience.
• Proven leadership experience
• Good understanding of facility maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Boilers license (or the abiltiy to attain one within 90 days)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,572.37 - $67,718.43 per year
