Job description

All around maintenance for apartment complex. Flipping apartments and work orders. Sheet rock, light electrical, plumbing, and flooring. 30 lbs lifting required. Your own personal, reliable vehicle is required. 2 years painting, sheet rock, plumbing and/or 2 years maintenance experience is greatly preferred. Snow removal with weekend snow storms is necessary in winter. On-call.

Benefits are available after 6 months of employment. Holiday pay, PTO possible housing.

$17.00-$22+/hr Pay DOE.
6 month review and pay increase based on performance and benefits.
