Pay Day Shift: $22
Pay Night Shift: $24
Schedule: 3-2-2 Shifts, 40 hours per week.
Job Summary:
Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and equipment such as hydraulic circuits, motors, and conveyor systems by performing the following duties in a multi-craft environment.
Job Duties:
- Observes mechanical and electrical devices in operation, listens to their sounds, feels the temperature or other sensible methods to locate causes of trouble.
- Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as conveyors and programmable controllers.
- Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
- Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and/or repair parts.
- Connects power supply wires to machines and equipment and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment.
- Diagnoses and repairs or replaces faulty electronic components, such as printed circuit boards.
- Replaces electric motor bearings and rewires motors.
- Adheres to all safety regulations, complete all safety training and wear required safety equipment per related safety SOP’s.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of related experience!
- Follow company rules and policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Maintain acceptable attendance.
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
- Reliable transportation
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs
