Job description
Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) is the leading provider of self storage third party management and we have an opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Utah County locations.
The candidate will be an independent, self-starter who has excellent janitorial and maintenance skills. Responsible for light maintenance on storage property and the cleaning of storage units.
Qualifications
Willing to work in all outdoor conditions/elements – rain, heat etc.
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and complete assigned duties within a specified time frame
Effective judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills with staff and tenants
- NOTE: Must have reliable transportation and Vehicle Insurance and have a clean driving record and the ability to be added to companies auto insurance.
Responsibility
Pulling weeds and removing debris
Keep outdoor areas and walkways clear of trash and debris
Perform minor repairs and Assist with maintenance projects as required
Multi-task and manage multiple projects
Will supervise projects with vendors and day to day processes of the Storage Facility
The Work Schedule is:
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- NOTE: Schedule is subject to change based on business needs

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience.
