Who you are:
- You're an experienced Maintenance Tech with EPA Certification.
- You drive a truck or van for work.
- You have plumbing experience.
- You have at least two years’ experience using skills in plumbing, electric, carpentry, appliance repair, grounds, pool care, lighting, apartment turns, and HVAC.
- You're able to work once every three weeks as the on-call technician ($100 on-call bonus for these weeks).
- You have a valid driver’s license with a reliable truck or van and auto insurance, and you are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
- Maintenance on plumbing, electrical and swimming pool equipment, as well as appliances, series and master locks, interior and exterior carpentry, glazing screens and roofing, blacktop and concrete repairs and signage.
- Works on turnovers, grounds.
- Scheduled hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm. On-call scheduled every four weeks (with a $100 bonus for the week).
- Competitive pay (up to $23 hourly) plus generous commissions, mileage and bonuses averaging $25+ per hour
