Job Title - Manhattan WMoS – L2 Support Consultant
Location – Memphis , TN (Remote)

Job Description –
Experience in production support and incident management
3 to 8 years of working knowledge in Manhattan WMoS SCPP platform preferably version 2017/2019
Good functional knowledge in Logistics domain.
In depth knowledge of Manhattan WMoS (version 2017 or above) application and architecture.
Working knowledge of WMoS configuration, system codes and master data set up
Good understanding of interfaces, Warehouse Control Systems, MHE Messaging, RF Transactions.
Hands on experience in building PL/SQL scripts
Ability to navigate thru logs(application, system) and perform RCA and provide solutions
Ability to provide solutions for queries/problems from Business/operations.
Good analytical and interpretation skills. Flexible to work in shift .
