We are currently seeking skilled Assemblers to work within a commercial and industrial manufacturing company in Danbury, CT. Interested candidates, MUST have previous assembling experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform general troubleshooting and repair of defects
Conduct assembly and/or modular tests
Contribute to schedule completion dates
Wire to wire diagrams
Actively participate in quality-related root cause/corrective action process
Operate effectively in a team environment
Demonstrate effective use of communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with all team members
Perform computer data entry and analysis
Work with team members outside own area to improve communication and enhance performance relative to team indicators

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to follow procedures, best practices and report unsafe and unprofessional behavior
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
