MARKETING ASSISTANT
Ad House Advertising and Edit House Productions, LLC are looking for a Marketing
Assistant to participate in our company’s advertising and marketing campaigns.
Main responsibilities will include conducting market research, preparing reports for our clients, and writing blogs. Our ideal candidate can interpret customer behavior and suggest ways to increase brand awareness and conversions. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for advertising strategies, we want to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.
Initial Responsibilities
- Write website content and blogs.
- Perform audits of client website and new business opportunities
- Manage and optimize Google My Business and other SEO related profiles
- Assist in monthly reporting for paid digital campaigns, social media, and SEO for a variety of business verticals
- Monitor and respond to client reviews via Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other sites
- Research and develop marketing-related reports on new client products and services.
- Conduct research to gain information about products or processes.
- Collaborate with others to develop or implement marketing strategies.
- Track progress with Client Managers and/or Company Owners
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
- Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
- Prepare (monthly, quarterly, and annual) forecasts
- Help answer and address phone calls.
- Help find opportunities for internal marketing objectives for Edit House, Ad House and EHP Film Studios
Eventual Responsibilities
- Analyze and generate reports using learned knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and other software to generate keyword rankings and develop strategies to improve ad ranking.
- Perform keyword research for content creation and on-page optimization of websites.
- Identify appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report key metrics from digital campaigns.
- Update spreadsheets using multiple sources for ad spend analysis
- Write website content and blogs, and learn to publish, and optimize with title tags, descriptions, internal links, etc.
- Conduct market research analysis to identify search query trends, real-time search and news media activity, popular social media topics.
- Analyze and reconcile Media Buys against station invoices.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Google, etc.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A degree in journalism, marketing, or English is preferred, and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency setting in a marketing role
Additional Skills That Will Impress Us
- Experience in building out and managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience with television and radio media buys
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software
- Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Based on Experience $40,000-$45,000/year
