Reporting to the Manager of Marketing and Member Retention for the Exchange segment, this role is responsible for leading the execution of omni-channel (email, digital, direct mail, etc.) communications campaigns for both the acquisition of new members, and the retention of existing members. The Marketing Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The person selected will be responsible for entering media requests, tracking project and performance progress, and ensuring that stakeholders are updated on the status of each project in meetings and written updates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of omni-channel (email, digital, direct mail, etc.) communications campaigns that support both the acquisition of new members, and the retention of existing members.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business unit, product owner, creative, content, digital, and analytics teams to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards.
- Ensure the organizations brand is carried consistently throughout all various communications.
- Understand and knowledge of digital media, marketing automaton and CRM platforms.
- Specific expertise with SalesForce ecosystem is highly desirable.
This position will lead daily activities and tactics that support communications initiatives through completion, with responsibilities such as:
- Open jobs with creative services or vendors for kickoff and development
- Apply plan knowledge to communications content and provide potential solutions with leadership support
- Load and track materials through review software
- Consolidate edits, and stakeholder outreach to gain status updates, or report status updates
- Maintain updates in work plans or dashboards
- Work and process data to be used for campaign execution.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analytics/reporting, and health insurance market preferably within the ACA/Marketplace.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, highly desirable.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud email certification preferred and/or familiarity with journey building
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Workfront.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Has the ability to look at different data elements and formulate a business case.
- Excellent proofreading and copywriting skills.
- Professional/ business experience.
- Excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detailed oriented.
- Agency experience a plus.
