If this sounds like you, SERVPRO® of Chattanooga | SERVPRO® of Bradley County is looking for a Marketing Support Coordinator (MSC) to manage our database of clients as well as plan marketing events in our Chattanooga office located at 9028 Jetrail Drive, Ooltewah, TN 37363.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Franchise’s web and social media sites
  • Maintain database for our customers and clients in company software
  • Maintain key account target list and provide research and ensure crucial deadlines are met
  • Maintain sales and marketing materials and supplies
  • Provide sales and marketing administration including referral source follow-up and database management
  • Coordinate all public relations programs including sales and marketing events, CE classes, and networking
  • Provide newsletters and e-blast coordination
  • Provide brand and marketing coordination, including advertisement placement and tracking
  • Track referral sources for all inbound projects
  • Follow-up with customers to obtain satisfaction surveys and online reviews
  • Prepare reports detailing sales efforts and results for our team

Position Requirements:

  • Two years of experience with sales and marketing support is desired
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
  • Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

  • 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required, typically varying between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
