Material Handler with strong computer skills

The Material Handler will be responsible for overseeing and handling various customer accounts within the warehouse.

What you will do as a warehouse worker:

• Take ownership of customer accounts, follow SOPs to verify receipt of product, accurately inbound or quarantine and manage inventory within our warehouse management platforms.
• Handling of returns, replenishments and cross-dock items.
• Maintain sequential organization of all documents received.
• Proactively work to make sure that all advance shipment notifications "delivered' are being worked to help maintain high service levels.
• Updating notes within ASNs or Memo's of job orders with the most current status for each.
• Perform part number audits and research to provide the most current details to help resolve discrepancies.
• Making sure all parts inbounded are accurately labeled and stocked away.
• Effectively and professional communicate with customers, staff onsite and colleagues working remotely.
• Responsive to email communications related to inbound receipts and outbound orders within a 10 minute window.
• Must be inclined to meet operation service levels by providing resourceful help and guidance where needed to prevent service failures.
• Assist with cycle counts, monthly counts and daily reconciliations.
• Maintain safety standards..
• Follow established policies and procedures aimed at keeping the warehouse and customer product in good condition.

What you bring as a Material Handler:

• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Products or similar software platforms.
• Must be able to show proof of High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• A fast learner that is self-motivated.
• Someone who can foster and appreciate open lines of communication.
• Must have 1 years minimum working in a fast paced warehouse environment in parts entry receiving role.
• An eye for detail.
• Must take ownership of assigned customer accounts to see work through completion.
• Must have above basic computer experience.
• You are someone who will not be afraid to research and draw out the conclusion from facts obtained, to help determine and resolve negative impacts to service.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 49lbs. Over 49lbs we do have lifting equipment.

Pay: $17.80 per hour

Bonus details: MNX Global Logistics will award all qualified candidates hired as of July 1, 2021 with a $1000 USD sign-on/retention bonus. The bonus will be distributed in two equal payments to the hired candidate that is active at the time of payout. The first payment of $500 will be distributed following the hired candidate’s successful completion of 90 days. The second payment of $500 will be distributed after the hired candidate has completed six months of continuous service. The sign-on bonus is taxable and subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings.
