Omni Aerospace is seeking an experienced Aviation Assembly Stock Room Attendant to join our team. You will be reporting directly to our Mechanical Assembly Manager. This is a great opportunity if you want to be a part of a growing organization with a small company feel. This is an in-office position, you must live within a commutable distance from Wichita. We are looking to hire someone quickly, so this opportunity won’t be around long!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Kits parts for assembly.
• Tracks inventory to ensure proper number of parts for assembly.
• Performs beginning level assembly using hand tools and pneumatic tools.
• Provides accurate record keeping of Material Lot information and on hand quantities.
• Actively tracks inventory levels and expiration dates for sealants, adhesives, paints, etc.
• Performs cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborates with purchasing to mitigate shortages.

Performs other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to learn quickly
• Self-motivated and organized
• Computer experience preferred
• Teamwork and the ability to work with diverse people and groups is required
