RESPONSIBILITIES
We are a multi-disciplined engineering and design-build firm that offers challenging and rewarding growth opportunities to our employees. Our client base includes multiple Fortune 100 companies, municipalities and state agencies. Symbiont provides turnkey design-build services for industrial clients. Symbiont’s industrial clients are located throughout the United States and include top-brand beverage/, beverage bottling, food processing and renewable energy companies.
The responsibilities of the Mechanical HVAC Engineer include proposal development, design, and quality control of HVAC systems for industrial and commercial facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate must have all of the following:
- B.S. in mechanical engineering or a related degree.
- At least 3 or more years of HVAC engineering.
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:
- PE is preferred
- Experience with fire protection and plumbing is a plus
- Strong academic credentials, excellent professional references, a work history of challenging design experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with high level of attention to detail
- Design experience with industrial HVAC systems a plus
- Experience with HVAC controls systems a plus

Salary Range: $75,000 - $96,000 – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
