The Pasadena Branch of Meador Staffing has partnered with a 3rd party settlement service located near the Galleria area! They are searching for multiple call center representatives to join their team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding promptly to claimant inquiries.
- Communicating with claimants through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving claimant complaints.
- Keeping records of claimant interactions, comments and complaints.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a legal field or medical records preferred.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiar with Customer Resource Management systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
SCHEDULE:
M-F 8AM-5PM OR 8:30AM-5:30PM
PAY: $16-$17 DOE
