Company Description. Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast Community is a state-of-the-art senior living company focused on pioneering upscale Assisted Living and Memory Care.

We Are Seeking: We are currently seeking an outstanding and energetic individual to join us as our MedTech for our Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast community.

Education Required (Preferred):

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Medication Technician (Med Tech) certificate (for Florida) required
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred

Years/months of Experience (Preferred):

• One year of experience working as a Medication Assistant/CNA/PCA/RA, preferred.
• One year of experience working in an Assisted Living or Health Care preferred.
• One year of experience working with Alzheimer’s residents or other related dementia diseases, preferred

Knowledge/Skills:

• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the facility.
• Ability to learn and work with the specific needs of those residents suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and/or other related dementias.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and be detailed oriented.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Team player attitude.
• Ability to work with the elderly in a courteous and friendly manner, demonstrating patience, kindness and compassion towards the elderly.
• Ability to perform duties with consideration for residents’ rights at all times and demonstrate integrity and confidentiality in the care of residents and in handling their requests.
