Melt Production Supervisor - 85K to 100K Base + Large Quarterly Bonus) + Great Benefits + Relocation Package

*Only will work 6 Weekends a year. Once you work a weekend you immediately get the next 3 days off paid. It does not come out of PTO!

The Melt Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for upholding the standards and integrity of production, insuring employee safety and production deadlines. Our focus is to create a continuously improving culture of employee safety, productivity, quality assurance and cost effectiveness. The Manufacturing Supervisor responsibilities are as follows:

Required Skills

• Utilizing his/her knowledge of production to enhance, improve and maintain planning and quality of production.
• Responsible for making reasonable provisions for the safety of each employee under his/her charge.
• Responsible for training and coaching the production staff on health and safety.
• Responsible for production planning to meet the goals of the company.
• Troubleshoot all issues or problems.
• Develop practices and processes to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
• Accountable for traditional administrative tasks.

Required Experience

• Prior experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor in a heavy industrial environment needed.
• Prior experience in building best practices for health and safety in a production environment.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team to success.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skill.
• Bachelor degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Positive leadership required.
• Impeccable communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
