Skills:

  • Ability to work with our residents, in their homes, and assist them working toward greater independence.
  • Promote integrated care using our vision of trauma-informed and person-first approaches.
  • Create an environment of acceptance and safety for our clients.
  • Willingness to learn basic knowledge of Trauma Informed Practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Evidence Based Practices.
  • Meet residents where they are at and model patience in interactions with those we serve.

Position Qualifications:

Mental Health Aide I: High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation:

Base Pay $20.00/hr. to $ 20.60/hr. DOE

  • Shift differentials: .50/Swing Shift, $1.00/Night Shift
  • Bilingual Pay
  • Lead Pay: Additional $1.00/hour
  • Float: Additional $1.00/hour
  • Secure facility differential: Additional $1.00/hr


Mental Health Aide II
: Must meet the requirements and demonstrate the competencies to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA). Must have a bachelors degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university or three years of mental health work experience or a combination of work experience and education. Certification must be current and in compliance with MHACBO.


Compensation:

Base Pay $22.57/hr. to $23.60/hr. DOE

  • Shift differentials: .50/Swing Shift, $1.00/Night Shift
  • Bilingual Pay
  • Lead Pay: Additional $1.00/hour
  • Float: Additional $1.00/hour
  • Secure facility differential: Additional $1.00/hr

Student Loan Repayment Up To $150,000: Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program (OBHLRP): OBHLRP accepts applications from Qualified Mental Health Associates (QMHAs) in exchange for service at a qualifying practice site, participants receive tax free funds to repay qualifying educational loan debt.
