Eastern Catalytics, located in Langhorne, PA, is looking to hire an MIG Welder.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Weld converters to target and quality specifications.
- Understands the set-up of each unit.
- Clock in and out of jobs as necessary.
- Safely operate machinery.
- Ensures that welding equipment is in good and safe working order.
- Report existing or potential machine problems to the Lead, Supervisor or Manager.
- Keep area, machines, tools and equipment clean, organized and clear of debris.
- Ensure that job set ups are properly set up and all components fit before beginning welding.
- Ensure that machine safety protocols are all functional.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Must demonstrate very strong aptitude for welding fast and accurately.
- Must demonstrate proper use of data sheets after training.
- Data entry skills are a plus.
- Ability to manufacture good quality product at the set rate of output.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to maintain production rates to department standards.
- Ability to correctly set up and run the product in the correct order and with the required quality.
- Ability to correctly follow and give instructions.
