• Supervise up to 6 man crews
• Team Leader skills- be able to train so you can move up the ladder of success
• Responsible for crews safety, quality of work and productivity
• Explain processes and answer customer questions, as needed
• Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices
• Resolve problems quickly as they arise
• Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details

• IICRC Certifications
• Experience in cleaning/restoration
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Valid drivers license without any major violations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to work weekends/after hours/on call
