MOBILE PHLEBOTOMIST (Per Diem) MUST RESIDE IN PIKE COUNTY FOR THIS POSITION
$23-$48/CASE FOR OUR MILFORD, PA (PIKE COUNTY) TERRITORY AND SURROUNDING AREAS Will Pay Extra for mileage to cover cases over 25 miles from your home. You make your schedule in our portal. $300.00 sign-on bonus paid after 100 completed services or 6 months.

ExamOne/DKN Paramedical Services, an affiliate office located in Allentown, PA, is seeking an independent and highly organized PT-Per Diem Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team as an “ Independent Contractor”.

Position Summary:
ExamOne/DKN Paramedical Services, an affiliate office located in Allentown, PA, is seeking an independent and highly organized PT-Per Diem Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team as an “ Independent Contractor”.
ExamOne provides a centrifuge, EKG machine, blood and urine kits, PPE. and an Apple iPad for the examiner to use
Responsibilities:
- Duties include traveling to clients' homes to collect blood and urine samples, and medical histories, and obtain vital signs. The time to complete services ranges from 15 minutes to 60 minutes.
- Collect specialty blood draws for clients in clinical trials.
- Centrifuge blood samples.
- Specimens are shipped out by Federal Express from your residence or dropped off at an authorized Federal Express Store.
- Call assigned clients to schedule appointments.
- Monitor storage and inventory of supplies.
Qualifications and requirements:
- 2 years of work experience in phlebotomy is required.
- Minimum of 100 successful blood draws. Recent experience preferred.
- Experience in Medical terminology is required for recording health histories.
- Ability to take accurate physical measurements.
- Skilled at taking manual blood pressure.
- EKG experience is a plus.
- Must have BP equipment, scale, tape measure, computer with internet access, and scanning or faxing capabilities.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within a 20-mile radius of your home. Bonus mileage is paid for cases over 30 miles round trip.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
