Greenville Federal, a community bank located in Greenville, Ohio, has an excellent opportunity for a professional business person to join a dynamic loan origination team as a mortgage loan originator in Miami County.

Responsibilities include generating quality mortgage loans, consumer loans and cross-selling other banking services. Must be detailed oriented to ensure correct and complete loan documentation according to federal regulations. Must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Self motivated and able to multi-task efficiently to generate sales
• Excellent communications skills, both verbally and written
• Strong organizational skills
• Task oriented with the ability to meet specific goals
• Teamwork: Ability to work within a group to fulfill a mission.
• Mortgage lending experience required-preferably secondary market experience with Freddie Mac
• Self-employed income analysis experience preferred

2+ years in residential mortgage lending, proficient in excel, word

Bachelors degree in business related field preferred

2+ years originating mortgage loans

Knowledge and experience of mortgage and lending compliance, regulations, and reporting requirements
