Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a motor vehicle mechanic in the Fort Benning, Georgia area. Essential duties include:
Maintenance at the organizational (-20) and
intermediate (-30/40) levels as required IAW
applicable TMs within 2 weeks of the due date
and adjusting valves; rebuilding carburetors;
overhauling transmissions; welding, sheet metal
and/or fiberglass repair; and repairing fuel
injection, lighting, and ignition system IAW OEM
and/or applicable TMs.

Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a motor vehicle mechanic in the Fort Benning, Georgia area. Essential duties include:
Maintenance at the organizational (-20) and

- Complete repairs within 3 days of requirement
- Perform scheduled and routine unscheduled
- Replace worn or broken parts such as piston
and adjusting valves; rebuilding carburetors;
overhauling transmissions; welding, sheet metal
and/or fiberglass repair; and repairing fuel
injection, lighting, and ignition system IAW OEM
and/or applicable TMs.
- May control the issue and return of vehicles
applicable regulations for release and return of
vehicles.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a
prescribed safety regulations
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- May assist in picking-up and deliveries of parts
- Report defective materials or questionable
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3 yrs. experience in Maintenance Field
- Be familiar with AR 25-50 and be able to write
necessary.
- Be able to operate a standalone computer
Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess a valid, unencumbered state driver's
- Maintain files in accordance with applicable
regulations.
- Possess excellent work ethic, verbal and written
accurate in performing all functions.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more,
