Duties include, but not limited to:

• Support the Operations Leadership in growth across Airborne, ISR, logistics and PED operations.
• Write technical/price proposals, statements of work and other project related documents.
• Actively engage other teams within MAG on collaboration efforts.
• Assist the Sr. PM in the development and execution of Strategic engagement plan with customers.
• Lead logistics support to worldwide operations across the portfolio.
• Liaison between technician and procurement department to ensure accuracy on orders and repairs.
• Enforce shipment procedures, scheduled and unscheduled inventories with Product Quality Assurance emphasis
• Other Duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

The required skills and knowledge include:

• Experience with U.S. Government contract activities with the DOD, DOS, Friendly Foreign Partners.
• Knowledge and experience in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission system integration, testing and operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Work independently and be a contributing and positive part of the MDO team.

The minimum years of related experience required:

• Five years progressive leadership experience in worldwide operations.
• Five years of management with the clear understanding of HR, Finance, Security, Export/Import Compliance, and executive communication necessary to successfully execute the day-to-day operations of the portfolio.

Education

The minimum level of education required is:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university or minimum 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Other Qualifications

Outside of the above, other certifications, licenses, or clearances include:

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
