National Member Programming & Events Director

The Gathering Spot is a fast past and innovative company known for hosting boundary pushing events and experiences for its members. The Gathering Spot is seeking a National Member Experience & Programming Director to oversee the ideation, planning and execution of 60+ member events at TGS clubs. A senior role within the company, the National Member Programming & Events Director leads the overall direction of experiences including team management, talent relations, budget, and relevant partnerships across all TGS locations.

Job Requirements:

• Impeccable Multi-tasking and Leadership Skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
• Project management skills or experience to juggle the steps associated with booking talent and events
• Flexible schedule for occasional travel
• Thrives in a face-paced environment

Job Duties:

• Ideate, Source, and book marquee TGS events across all locations
• Lead creative vision, direction, and planning for all club programming across locations
• Ensure the execution of member events across locations meets set brand standards
• Manage Member Event Coordinators across locations
• Work closely with National Marketing Director on promotion for tentpole events
• Manage key stakeholder and partner relationships from a national level
• Lead execution of marquee events when appropriate
