About this Position:
This position is responsible for managing Parts and Accessory revenue, Service business objectives, AHM Resources, expenses and initiatives of the Field Service and aftersales business Operations. You will manage the Zone Business Manager and Accessory Manager to meet department objectives while supporting business unit initiatives. In this role, you will improve dealer fixed ops profitability through increased AHM Parts and Accessory sales growth and improved Service Dept. profitability, while improving Honda brand value and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also be responsible to coach and develop reporting managers to achieve objectives and career advancement.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop, issue, and track tactical plans to achieve parts & accessory sales objectives and Dealer fixed ops profitability targets
- Gap analysis by sensing market conditions, identifying sales obstacles and opportunities. Develop, issue and track plans and countermeasures.
- Ensure Department compliance with all Honda Policies and Procedures
Who we are seeking:
Required Work Experience:
- 10 years in the Auto or Powersports OEM Fixed-ops environment
- 5 years minimum combination of dealership and/or District Service/Sales Manager experience
- 3 years minimum of managing/supervising other people
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work-related experience
Desired skills:
- Proficient in data management, including MS Excel, Access, etc.
- Thorough understanding of sales and service process
- Successful sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in SAP/Business Objects and/or MS SQL
- Supervisory experience

- Travel: 25%
