Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

The Night Auditor is responsible for assisting guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the AM shift and PM shift. They check in guests arriving at night, handle guest requests and take reservations. The Night Auditor also reconciles all accounts. Being able to be trainable for M3. Essentially, a night auditor’s role is to provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the Front Desk and accounting operations running smoothly.

Able to help setup breakfast area for upcoming breakfast attendant before arrival.

A high school diploma or equivalent along with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality is required. Successful night auditors possess excellent mathematical skills and strong customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
