Job description
We are seeking RNs and LPNs to provide care within a small long-term care facility in Valrico, FL! We have two remaining positions open for serious nurses to work overnight with rotating weekends!
Starting pay - $29/hr
- Patient census of 1 with a maximum of up to 3 residents.
- Be a part of a team where the staffing ratios are 1 nurse and 1 aide for 3-4 patients on every shift
Willingness to work on a team will be part of your success at the facility.
Preferred experience:
- Ventilators
- Tracheostomies
- PEG tubes
- Injections
The facility will also accept nurses who are willing to be trained on the above skills. Dependability and reliability are a must - You must have reliable transportation to report to your assigned shifts and must not have a record of multiple call-offs.

Nursing staff requirements:
- Performing nursing assessments / treatments per provider orders
- Monitoring client conditions ~ communicating changes with physicians & clinical managers
- Teaching/training family on skills as necessary
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity of best nursing practices
- Complying with confidentiality laws
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform job duties
- Love your career and have compassion for your patients
Nurses must have at a minimum:
- At least 1 year experience as an active, licensed nurse
- An unencumbered Florida nursing license
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Negative TB results within the last two years
- Be free from communicable diseases
