Job description
Purpose:
Operates vehicles to transport equipment for the dealership. May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Transports equipment to/from customers and/or between dealer facilities; may also pick-up equipment from other vendors as needed
- Supports the sales department with equipment delivery as needed per service managers direction
- Does final quality control inspection of equipment before delivering to customer
- Maintains records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts as required
- Accounts for all time and for all distance traveled in performing assigned duties
- Maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition
- Assists with assembly of new equipment at the dealership as needed
- May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as required
- Maintains a positive attitude and representation of Company
- Relays all customer issues to Service Manager immediately

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Valid insurable driver’s license required
- Med card
- Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs. repeatedly
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
