The Easterseals Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full-time licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians as part of a collaborative outpatient clinic for children with neurodevelopmental and mental health diagnoses. Therapists will provide a comprehensive assessment with a Coordinated Team between Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare and Easterseals Rehabilitation Center that may include: Psychology, Psychiatry, Mental Health Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Audiology and Nutrition assessments.

The ideal candidate will
- Excel in providing occupational therapy services to clients and their families in a multi-disciplinary, team-oriented outpatient setting. Clients range in age and type of disability; however, pediatric clients dominate.
- Provide occupational therapy assessments to clients identified for the Neurodevelopmental Clinic.
- Provide ongoing occupational therapy to clients of Easterseals Rehabilitation Center.
- Communicate professionally, make referrals and coordinate services with community agencies when needed.
- Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect client assessment and needs; develop recommendations to provide to families during feedback.
- Maintain client documents, collect data and submit reports according to established time frames.
- Attend and participate in weekly team meetings with families and multidisciplinary team of providers. Advocate for families and children with complex needs.
- Participate in ongoing staff training and development activities as assigned to enhance job performance.

Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program and Indiana licensure.
- Must have reliable transportation, maintain a valid driver’s license, and have valid car insurance.
- Must pass all pre-employment screenings including a physical, drug screen, lifting assessment, and background checks.
