PREMIER THERAPY, is looking for PRN Occupational Therapy Assistants to add to our partner's skilled nursing facility in Sagamore Hills, Ohio. PREMIER THERAPY is an award-winning, privately-owned therapy services provider with over 21+years' experience in senior living communities in OH, PA and NY. Our employees are passionate about improving the resident's quality of life, and delivering compassionate care. We believe in teamwork and value each and every employee. Compensation 25.00-32.00/Hour (depending on skills, abilities and experience).
Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:
- Therapy team and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
- Family education.
- Facility in services and education.
- Attend care planning conferences.
- Perform home assessments to prepare for safe discharge.
