Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processes vendor invoices and check requests
- Reconcile vendor statements to vendor balances.
- Respond to inquiries and makes calls regarding billing problems.
- Maintain the Purchase Order Log.
- Verify and reconcile p-card transactions.
- Work with managers on inventory management and purchasing.
- Other duties as assigned.
