RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling
- Managing the production schedule and assign painters to projects
- Managing customer communication after the sale
- Ensuring non-sales related aspects of projects are complete and ready for production, including assisting customers with color selection, HOA approvals, and other potential projects delays
- Determine quantity and order paint for projects
- Work closely with Sales Associates to understand all aspects of jobs
- Hand off jobs to painters when Sales Associates are not available
- Ensure painters provide daily updates on current painting project
- Track paint, materials, equipment, painter hours and purchases. Cost jobs and bill customers
- Invoicing and job costing
- Monitoring of production staff
- Priority management
- Problem solving
- Conflict resolution
QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school a plus
- Strong verbal/written skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Supervisory/management experience
- P&L experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong computer and internet skills
