We are a small, family owned specialty eyeglass company. Our customers are across the nation. Our services are provided through the mail only so all customer service is on the phone and through email, no in person customers. Communicating with and developing relationships with our clients is the utmost important part of the position. Processing orders in and out of the shop, invoicing, billing, ordering etc. We are well known in the optical industry and are growing rapidly. We are looking for a positive, hard working individual who is excellent on the phone, able to manage time efficiently with the day to day operations. This position is responsible for all office related activities and managing the administration side of the business. We are looking for a driven individual that is looking to grow with us.

QuickBooks Online experience is highly preferred. Optical experience is highly preferred but not required.
