Office Manager / Executive Admin in Ft Lauderdale FL

We at Ox Warranty Group are looking for an Office Manager / Admin who is willing to grow with a growing company. This role is an intrical part of the operation of our team and will act as a liaison between Sales Team/Manager and Corporate Office to provide efficiency. Problem-solving comes naturally. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to sales rep needs and be an administrative support system.
Responsibilities
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with Sales Manager, Sales Reps and Corporate Team.
- Ensure operational efficiency of office on a daily basis.
- Open/close office as necessary or ensure another team lead is taking care of it.
- Oversee communication from corporate office (direct communication from managers to employees and vice versa).
- Acting on-site Human Resources (assist with second interviews as needed, promotions, demotions, firing, attendance / roll call, etc).
- HR duties to also iinclude writeups, CORs and distributuion of employee final checks.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Complete administrative such as: sort mail, prepare binders, log calls, organize files, schedule appointments, streamline procedures, etc.
- Coordinate New Hire Onboarding.
- Collect and submit commission sheets each week.
- Ensure office cleanliness (thru janitorial company and/or property managment team).
- Order office supplies.
- Send in Daily Recap of accomplishments and concerns.
- And other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proven office management and administrative experience.
- Computer / tech savvy. This includes Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
- Call center experience preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time (M-F from 10:00am to 7:00pm - 1 hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $14.00-$19.00 per hour, based on experience
