Manufacturing Company based in the heart of Fort Lauderdale Florida. We manufacture Marine Boat Lifts and sell them through a Network of Marine Contractors throughout the world. We are seeking a Mechanically Inclined Customer Service Representative to join our amazing Customer Service team. You’ll start learning our business from day one. You will be entrusted to serve as the voice of our Company to our customers, business partners, and behind the scenes operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Answering Phones, taking messages
• Become fluent with Our Network of Dealers and their specific needs.
• Communicates with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule
• Commit to learning and developing yourself to better Neptune as a whole!
• Have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Maintain a sense of ownership, be a self-starter, and have a strong attention to detail
• Interact with customers via inbound calls.
• Performs other duties as needed

What You’ll Need:

• 1 year working in a customer focused environment
• Proven Track Record of Success
• Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• High school education or equivalent
• Critical thinking skills
• Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform well in a face paced environment
• Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the company
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit
• Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
• Must be able to pass background check
