We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator based out of our headquarters in Thousand Oaks, CA. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of leading the development and improvement of operations processes. Key operational areas will include purchasing, logistics, product data maintenance, and reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational delivery of sales and marketing initiatives including product launches, incentives, and promotions to ensure operational excellence
  • Ensure proper alignment and readiness for all planned activities through the p reparation and presentation of the monthly Sales and Operations Planning
  • Define requirements, test, and ensure successful launch of Operations’ initiatives within Shopify and SAP BYD.
  • Prepare and submit the monthly rolling order plan for the planned replenishment of all existing SKUs, with the objective of ensuring optimal inventory levels. Ongoing initiatives to be delivered for slow-moving/obsolete stock.
  • Deliver relevant projects/initiatives to optimize and reduce costs within the company’s core administrative and operational processes.
  • Support the Operations’ procurement process to ensure proper processing of purchase requests and purchase orders from all internal departments. Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure the purchase to pay process operates seamlessly from purchase requisition to final payment to vendor (to include policies, employee training, and applicable software solutions including Tradeshift).
  • Develop and maintain regular monthly operations reporting KPIs (purchase order processing time, inventory obsolescence, vendor scorecards) as needed to ensure operational excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
