Job Description

This position resides in manufacturing facility that provides components and products to our internal customers. This position is essential to drive operational excellence and will require a team approach to be successful.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manages the operation's project(s) and serves a liaison between Project Management, Materials, Quality, Engineering, and Operations
• Prepares project execution plans including identifying technical and business resources required. Ensures new part integration is conducted on time to meet scheduled delivery dates
• Reviews status of programs including budgeted cost, schedule adherence, and status reports
• Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Provides technical and analytical guidance to Operations team

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 6 years experience in manufacturing
• Must be able to interpret component drawings focusing on weld and machining
• Familiar with basic GD&T concepts
• Great communication skills
