We're seeking associates to join our growing team in Lab Tech roles at our optical manufacturing facility in Plano, Texas.

$15.50/hr starting base pay. PLUS bi-weekly bonus opportunities & benefits!

Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Our associates are responsible for performing a variety of duties, depending on their assigned department and lab needs.

Departments include Stockroom/Inventory, Surface, AR or Finish areas. Growth opportunities available.

• No specific education level required.
• No specific experience required but previous related optical or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Depending on the assigned station, physical job requirements may involve: Ability to read small print. Continuous walking, moving about, standing or sitting. Frequent or continuous movements such as bending, squatting, twisting and reaching. Lifting, carrying and moving objects 10-25 lbs. Frequent repetitive use of hands and fingers, grasping and fine manipulation.
