We are a fast-paced Durable Medical Equipment company [supplier of CPAP supplies] in Mokena, IL.

In this role you will be responsible for:

80% of your time:

• order fulfillment of new and existing orders based on insurance regulations
• data entry into patient charts
• responding to customer needs for service and assistance

20% of your time:

• receipt of new inventory, resupply of existing inventory in our small warehouse
• no forklift usage or pallet jack usage as we are shipping supplies they weigh between 0.5-2 lbs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in supply and inventory management
• Assist with data entry, ordering and sorting of supplies
• Package, ship and restock supplies in a timely manner
• Maintain and track inventory of supplies
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED is required

Physical Demands: The employee must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 10-15 pounds.
