Responsibilities

  • Internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
  • Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries and provide valuable information that addresses their needs and concerns.
  • Be persistent but not aggressive.
  • Schedule appointments at the earliest convenience of the prospect.
  • Organizing and keep track of all leads and activities. This will be done using the Brivity (CRM) tool.
  • Commit to skill development through education and script practice
  • Attend training sessions and practice the scripts regularly.
  • Become a real estate local expert
  • Stay up to date with the latest market trends and news.
  • Attend local events and connect with other professionals in the industry to expand your knowledge and network.
  • Provide excellent customer service, be honest and transparent, and prioritize the needs of the clients.

Qualifications

Stay energized while working with people, take breaks when needed, prioritize self-care, and maintain a positive attitude. Handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods requires good organization skills. Use the Brivity CRM tool to manage leads and set reminders for follow-up tasks. Excel at selling and converting, focus on building trust with your clients, providing value and benefits that meet their needs, and being responsive to their questions and concerns.
