Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, some flexibility

Reports to: Executive Director

Essential Functions:

• Case management work with high risk populations
• Assist individuals in crisis, in respectful ways that honors boundaries and utilizes empathetic, therapeutic skill sets
• Assist in motivating others towards achieving goals
• Adhere to strict confidentiality policies
• Work with culturally-diverse families with the ability to be culturally sensitive and appropriate
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly reporting forms and meet all required deadlines, maintain client files
• Maintain written records and data entry in Osnium
• Attend staff, agency and community meetings as necessary
• Work closely with staff to provide quality services for clients.
• Answer and respond to hotline, as needed
• Requires weekly travel throughout the counties we serve
• Sit in on Order of Protection courts, as advised
• Attend training as required by Serenity, Inc. policy and procedure’s and the Arkansas Coalition Against Domestic Violence
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of counseling, social work and case management.
• Good documentation skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work independently with strong sense of focus, task-oriented, non-judgmental and a clear sense of boundaries
• Ability to pass Child Maltreatment background check
• Possess valid Arkansas drivers’ license with reliable transportation and proof of current liability insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour
