Ballweg Implement is Hiring an Outside Agricultural Salesmen!

Ballweg Implement is in search of an Outside Agricultural Salesmen within our organization.

Limited inside sales for this position. Located in South Central Wisconsin, Waupun and Beaver Dam.

Not in sales? We will train you! Candidate would sell New and Used Equipment including

Agricultural Equipment- Tractors, Combines, Header Equipment, Planting Equipment, Hay

Equipment, Grain Carts, Skid Steers, and Commercial Mowing Equipment!

Responsibilities: We will train the ideal candidate if you do not know how to perform these responsibilities:

 Negotiate with potential and existing customer to close sales.

 Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within established sales

territory.

 Traveling within the assigned established sales territory to conduct on farm visits with existing and potential

customers

 Meeting sales targets set by Sales Manager.

 Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales from assigned territory.

 Researching competitors’ products and market conditions.

 Participating in manufacture and dealer sales training to keep up to date with latest industry developments.

 Team with internal Parts and Service departments to solve customers’ problems and close deals.

 Perform effective demos to prospects.

 4 Days Outside sales; 1 Day in office.

 Sales Territory is within 30 miles radius of our dealerships.

Requirements and skills:

 Positive Attitude

 Ability to sell or to learn the sales process.

 Strong phone presence.

 Good communications skills.

 Strong listening and presentation skills.

 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, self-motivate and manage time effectively.

 Ability to ask questions, lots of questions.

 Ability to learn new skills and willingness to solve customers’ problems.

 Some computer knowledge is beneficial.

 Agricultural Equipment knowledge is a beneficial, but not required.

This would be a full-time, salaried position. Candidate would be provided company vehicle. Hours would be Monday-

Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM. One Saturday per month is required to work. Health, Dental, Vision, Short & Long Term

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
