Paralegal, Probate

Nash & Kromash, LLP is seeking a full-time Probate Paralegal. The Probate Paralegal is responsible for clear and compassionate communication with the firm’s clients

Essential responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in the preparation and e-filing of probate documents including petitions, orders, reports, pleadings, and accountings
• Assist attorneys in the administration of decedent’s estates and trusts
• Interact with clients in person and via telephone to obtain and communicate relevant information and case status
• Draft correspondence and memos
• Organize and maintain client files

Skills, Certification and Experience Preferences:

• Must be able to exhibit professionalism, good judgment, and the ability to manage a demanding case load in high pressure situations
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent writing skills
• Paralegal certification (CP and/or FRP)
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience as a Paralegal
• Paralegal experience with Estate Administration in Florida required
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, TABS3 Billing, and WordPerfect a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,920.00 - $66,560.00 per year
